Readers pay nothing. When we introduce a reader to a licensed real estate professional, a lender, or an education consultant, that provider may pay us a referral fee. We disclose the arrangement at the point of introduction, every time. We are not a brokerage, we do not represent buyers or sellers, and we do not accept payment to rank a school, a district, or a neighborhood favorably.
Where the data comes from
Boundary and enrollment information is drawn from district GIS files and published enrollment calendars, dated on each page. Boundaries change. When a district redraws one, we reissue the piece rather than quietly editing it.
